Billing questions
How does billing work?
Pro is billed monthly or annually to your card, charged upfront, and renews automatically until you cancel. Annual save 17% over paying month to month.
Can I switch between monthly and annual?
Yes, anytime. When you switch, the change is prorated so you only pay the difference for the time remaining in your current period.
What happens if I cancel or downgrade?
Nothing is deleted. Your account returns to Free, and if you're over 1,000 items the items over the cap are set aside — hidden from browsing — until you're back under the cap or resume Pro. They're kept, the change is fully reversible, and export and delete always include everything.
Do you offer refunds?
If Pro isn't right for you, contact us within 14 days of a charge and we'll refund it in full, no questions asked.
Which payment methods do you accept?
Major credit and debit cards. You can update your payment details anytime from your account settings.
Is Free really free forever?
Yes. Free is a permanent plan, not a trial, and no card is required. Up to 1,000 items with the full product — the cap is the only lever.
