Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of Trovary. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to them. If you're using Trovary on behalf of an organization, you're agreeing on its behalf. Please read them alongside our privacy policy.

You're responsible for your account and for keeping your login credentials secure. Please give us accurate information when you sign up, and let us know promptly if you suspect any unauthorized use. You must be at least 13 years old to use Trovary.

Trovary is your space to catalogue what you collect. In return, we ask that you don't:

• Break the law or infringe others' rights with your use of the service.
• Attempt to disrupt, overload, or reverse-engineer the service.
• Upload content you don't have the right to store, or use import tools to violate a third party's terms.
• Resell or redistribute the service without our permission.

Trovary Pro is offered as a monthly or annual subscription, billed in advance to your payment method and renewing automatically until cancelled. Prices are shown at checkout and on our pricing page. If we change prices, we'll give existing subscribers reasonable notice before the change applies to them. You may contact us within 14 days of any charge for a full refund, no questions asked.

The Free plan includes the full product for up to 1,000 items. When you reach the cap, nothing is deleted — your library stays intact, and new additions pause until you upgrade to Pro or remove some items. Pro removes the cap entirely.

You own the data you add to Trovary. We don't claim ownership of your collection. You grant us the limited permission needed to store, display, and process your content so we can provide the service to you — nothing more. You can export or delete your content at any time.

You can cancel your subscription or delete your account at any time. If you cancel Pro, your account returns to the Free plan and your data remains available under the item cap. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, and we'll act reasonably and give notice where we can.

Trovary is provided "as is." Metadata is drawn from third-party sources and may occasionally be incomplete or inaccurate. While we work hard to keep the service reliable and available, we can't promise it will be uninterrupted or error-free.

To the extent permitted by law, Trovary and its team won't be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any loss of data beyond the export tools we provide. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.

We may update these terms as the product evolves. When we make material changes, we'll update the date above and, where appropriate, notify you in the app. Continuing to use Trovary after an update means you accept the revised terms.
